Milestone was founded by Jack Desroches and enjoys a remarkable
33 year history
in the production and event business. Milestone evolved out of
Strawberry Productions, Inc. which was founded in 1976 when Desroches
started as a sole performer known as "Strawberry the Clown". By 2002,
Strawberry Productions was recognized as a premier production & event
company servicing clients worldwide. "From the house next door to the
White House, our production team has created and managed thousands of
performances and events around the world."

| Jack Desroches - Founder/President/Executive Producer | |

With over 34 years experience in the Entertainment Industry, Jack is a
sought after Producer, Event Manager, Keynote Speaker, and
Entertainer. His body of work in Family Entertainment includes: a CableACE nomination for producing children's programming; producer of
theatrical performances of Batman™, Garfield®, Thomas & Friends™, The
Magic School Bus®, Jay Jay The Jet Plane™, National Geographic WORLD
Magazine and the United States Mint WORLD Quarter Finals®, Wimzie's
House, Alvin and the Chipmunks, BOZO, The World's Most Famous Clown,
The Strawberry Jam Band, and much more. |

| Nancy J. King - General Manager | |

Nancy first joined our staff in 1982 as a production assistant and over the past two and a half decades has become an invaluable asset to the Milestone team. Nancy plays an integral part in the planning and production of our theatrical and promotional touring stage shows and also lends her expertise to Milestone’s corporate event management. Nancy excels in costume design, décor, casting, coordination of entertainment, on-site management and virtually every aspect of event strategies and production. Milestone is fortunate to have Nancy oversee each production and event from both a creative and financial stand-point. Nancy is the first and last stop in maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves with regard to creativity, fiscal responsibility and overall efficient company operations. |

| Cindy Mill - Event Producer/Project Manager | |

Cindy comes to Milestone from New York City where she spent seven years producing and coordinating domestic and international multi-media events, meetings, and videos. Cindy has also coordinated numerous national television commercials, documentaries, and public service announcements. As a Producer and Project Manager for Milestone Events, Cindy has managed events for corporate clients including Suddekor LLC, GlaxoSmithKline, National Geographic, Snapple Beverage Group, American Express, Cumberland Farms, Ceco Building Systems, and Casual Corner, to name a few. Cindy's "get it done" attitude, attention to detail and steady demeanor under pressure is a valuable asset in event planning and management. Milestone is proud to offer her services to our valued clients. |

| Gary Bessette - Technical Director | |
|
Gary brings a wide breadth of experience as Technical Director to our touring shows and events. Gary joined the Milestone team in 1996 and has had held many positions, from Stage Manager to Company Manager for our touring shows, to Technical Director for our corporate events. Gary’s considerable history in the theatre combined with his extensive knowledge of the inner workings of every production make him an important asset to our team. Milestone is pleased to have Gary as part of our staff. |

| Ted Chmura III - Brand Manager/Composer | |
|
Ted's relationship with the team at Milestone spans more than 24 years. Up until late '04, when Ted joined Milestone on a full-time basis, he served as an outsourced composer - writing several of the songs used in Milestone's Live Stage Shows. Today, when he's not "tunesmithing" Ted assists with brand management, sales and marketing, technical support, database administration, and web site management. |

| Jennifer Robinson - Production Coordinator | |
| Jennifer started working with the company in 1994 and after leaving for college in 2000 and graduating with a degree in management, Jen returned to Milestone to use her skills in many areas. Throughout her years with Milestone, she has performed a wide range of duties including animation, show performance, costume handling, event coordinating, and extensive travel coordination. Jennifer’s resourcefulness and attention to detail along with her willingness to learn new skills and take on projects contribute immensely to the success of Milestone. | |
| Nick Desroches - Graphic Designer | |
| Armed with an eye for the visual and great design sense Nick provides all manner of Graphic services for Milestone, and for Milestone's clients and business partners. Nick gets most of his inspiration on his many worldwide travels, which currently have him in Hawaii !! Have fun Nick ! | |
| Charles Vadnais - Production Manager | |
| At one time or another, and often simultaneously, Charles has capably worn various hats for Milestone including, but not limited to: puppeteer, performer, technician, video editor, videographer, audio engineer, stage manager, road manager, truck driver, prop master, line editor, director, designer, gaff taper, floor sweeper, coffee boy, and performer of tasks usually initiated by someone saying “I don’t know…, give it to Charles”. He’s also is blessed with a “great set of pipes”, and his lead vocals are featured on several of Milestone’s custom produced songs. | |
| Ron Gouin - Technology Specialist | |

When the error screen pops, when the
printer's not printing, when the wireless isn't connecting, when
there's smoke coming from the CPU, the call goes to Ron.
He shows up, and then things just work again. And that's all we have to say about Ron - well, except..."Thanks Ron!" |
