12/25/09 Christmas in Jamaica !!
Thanks to the visionary genius of Mr. Peter Shoucair, CEO of Electro Tech Productions in Kingston Jamaica, the dream of Garfield's Wonderland Park was made a reality and proved to be a big success.

There were many wonderful sponsors of Garfield's Christmas Wonderland, which
was endorsed by the Jamaica Tourist Board, the Ministry of Education and the
Child Development Agency. Made possible by sponsors and the generous donations
of Mr. Shoucair, the Park was open for FREE to 500 Orphans for the
entire of day of December 17th. "When I received reports of one Orphan Child
that could not stop talking about his experience after many years of being non-verbal,
I knew it was all worth it" exclaimed Mr. Shoucair.

From December 18th - 20th, thousands of Children were treated to a brilliant
display of rides, food, laughs, and entertainment as Mr. Shoucair and his incredible
staff transformed Hope Gardens (a simple public park in Kingston) into a Magical
Christmas Wonderland.
Milestone's 80-minute Theatre-Style show entitled "A Garfield Christmas" was
the feature show each day from the main stage. Batman, Krypto the Superdog,
Care Bears, Garfield, and The Pink Panther (all provided by
Milestone Productions), greeted
children all day, everyday for hugs, handshakes, photos, and autographs. Even
Santa Claus made a special visit to Kingston (via Connecticut, USA) and blessed
us with his presence for 4 full days.

Milestone's Executive Producer Jack Desroches commented, "The event was a huge
success and Milestone was glad to be part of it. My sincere thanks to Mr. Shoucair
for his wonderful vision and including us in it. We flew home exhausted from
the work, but energized by the of miles of smiles we left behind."
